We have developed a simple four-step process for Medical Equipment rental, set up, and return:
- Submit electronic script or fax at least 72 hours before scheduled surgery
- Fax Number: 512 970 9904
- Insurance pre-certification by MedEx billing department to determine coverage. We communicate with each patient to define financial responsibility prior to surgery.
- CPM set-up at home, hospital or surgery center determined by patient or physician.
- Schedule CPM return or pick up with MedEX PSR Tech
